Sales / Business Development Rep (Internal Opening)

Salary: $60 - $75k

Since 1983 Express Employment Professionals has been helping people find work across the country. We currently have an Outside Sales/Business Development Rep position opening available within our office at our Fitchburg location. Join our team and help put a million people to work annually!

As a Business Development Rep, you will work within a defined territory (West Madison) connecting and learning about local businesses and their hiring needs, and present Express product offerings as solutions. The main goal of the Business Development Rep is to help companies understand how Express can help them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. This role will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business in a sales capacity.

Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri, with some flexibility based on office and client needs

*This is an in-office role that will require office hours each day, with inside and outside sales activity and networking events. 

Pay: Base plus commission structure.  Base will be based on previous experience. 

*Average first year total comp is $65k - $75k
