What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or instructions
• Set up welding equipment and materials
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic grinding or finishing as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic knowledge of welding tools and equipment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
