We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team at an mobile home park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and curbside appeal of the property, including the pool area, common areas, and bathrooms. Additionally, the Porter will assist residents as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance: Ensure the pool area, common areas, bathrooms, and curbside appeal are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Resident Assistance: Provide assistance to residents as needed, addressing their concerns and helping with minor tasks.
• Cleaning Duties: Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Outdoor Upkeep: Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping and curbside cleanliness.
• Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
• Weekend Work Required: Work alternative weekends, including 8 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
