We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Laborers with industrial experience to support operations in an industrial work environment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable performing physically demanding tasks while following strict safety and operational procedures.
Perform general labor duties in an industrial setting
Assist with equipment operation, material handling, and site cleanup
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE
Support skilled trades and supervisors as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to company policies and worksite regulations
Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, or plant experience required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures
Ability to work in various environmental conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
