Mid-Senior IT Technician

Located in Endicott, NY

Salary: $25-30/hr

We have a great direct-hire opportunity for an experienced networking technician!  If you enjoy servicing clients while working at a smaller organization where you're more than a number, then read on!

 

This position will be responsible for a wide variety of services, including:

• Providing advanced remote/on-site support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Azure/AD
• Troubleshoot servers, networking, authentication, DNS/GPO, RDS/VDI and workstation issues
• Configure networks, firewalls, switches, VLANs and wireless.
• And, much more

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3-7+ years of IT support or systems admin experience
• Prior MSP experience is preferred
• Certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Azure
• Experience with RMM/PSA tools
