Program Manager II / IV

Located in Endicott, NY

Salary: $90 - $120 K / year

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Program Manager II to lead mid-sized aerospace programs from concept through delivery. In this role, you’ll guide Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), manage financial performance, identify risks, and build strong customer relationships that drive program success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple programs while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and organizational goals

• Develop program plans, including risk assessments and contingency strategies

• Coordinate IPTs, assign responsibilities, and track progress

• Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns

• Support business development with bids, proposals, and cost estimates

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred

• At least 1 year of program management experience

• Strong understanding of financial metrics (WIP, earned value)

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move between office and production areas

• Occasional travel to customer sites

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and read technical documentation
