Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke damage mitigation and cleanup

• Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)

• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation

• Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas

• Document job progress and communicate with supervisors

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

• Interact professionally with customers on-site

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous restoration or construction experience a plus (not required)

• Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required (training available)
