Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm

A designer-founded and led company, focused intently on the ever-evolving intersection of digital and tangible brand experiences with primary focus on developing and producing innovative and creative specialty packaging and displays is looking for a Production Line Supervisor to join their team in Van Nuys.

Summary: Seeking a Production Line Supervisor who can bring in organized ideas to improve production flow, lead the floor, forecast upcoming projects, and manage our production leads as business ramps up for a busy season with two shifts of high-volume production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate production staff across multiple shifts
• Plan and forecast upcoming projects, set up structured workflows, and efficiently assign inventory and resources to keep new work moving smoothly.
• Implement organized solutions to optimize and improve production flow, and maintain a clean, orderly floor ready for the next wave of work.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet client expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations
• Lead a talented production team delivering high-impact, custom projects.
• Own workflow and process improvements that make the floor run like clockwork.
• Work in a creative, fast-paced environment where every project is unique.
• Oversee two shifts during peak season and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Proven production management experience in packaging, manufacturing, or creative production.
• Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and planning skills.
