We’re currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s growing team in Madison, OH. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. #2931ST

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
Handle electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations and maintenance.
Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and production line adjustments.
Conduct boiler, HVAC, and pump maintenance and repair.
Manage inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and materials.
Communicate with management on equipment issues, downtime, and maintenance planning.
Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in industrial maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing).
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
Familiarity with industrial automation systems, instrumentation, and data entry.
Experience with boiler trades, HVAC systems, rigging, and millwright work preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Computer literacy for maintenance tracking and automation systems.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and move 50–75 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing overhead work for extended periods.
Able to work in various environments (hot, cold, noisy, dusty).
Strong sense of balance and fine motor skills for detailed repair work.
