We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales Recruiter to join our growing HR franchise firm. This position combines staffing, sourcing, onboarding, talent acquisition, and inside sales with innovative use of AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline recruiting processes. Responsibilities

• Staffing & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for multiple industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.

• Sourcing & Candidate Outreach

  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Use ChatGPT and AI recruiting tools to enhance candidate communication and screening.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Onboarding & HR Support

  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience from application to placement.

• Inside Sales & Client Development

  • Engage with prospective clients to promote staffing solutions.
  • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to expand HR services.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
• Strong inside sales or client‑facing background.
• Familiarity with HR franchise operations preferred.
• Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms) for recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
