Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general maintenance and small repairs in occupied apartments and units being prepared for new tenants
• Use small hand tools to complete routine repairs and maintenance tasks
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
• Support property upkeep to ensure apartments are safe and move-in ready
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required

Requirements

• Prior maintenance or handyman experience required
• Apartment complex maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable using small hand tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
• Comfortable with labor-intensive tasks
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation (non-negotiable)
• Living closer to the St. Charles area is preferred for on-call response
