Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare individual and/or business tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Review financial records and tax documents for completeness and compliance
• Enter and manage tax data using professional tax software
• Utilize Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems for documentation and filing
• Communicate clearly regarding tax information and documentation needs
• Support peak-season workload with flexible weekly hours (25–40 hours based on demand)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of tax preparation experience
• Experience preparing different types of tax returns preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax preparation software (CrossLink experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in an on-site environment
• Additional experience may qualify for higher pay
