Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and accurately prepare estimates.
• Present roofing solutions and proposals to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roofing sales and estimation.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in using estimation software and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
