Accounting Clerks & Accounts Payable/Receivable

Pay Range: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on position and experience)

Locations: Positions available in Edinburg, Palmview and South Pharr, TX

Students are welcome to Apply! We have one position specifically for students paying $15 per hour for Part Time!

 

Job Overview:
Express Pros is now hiring for multiple Accounting Clerks and Accounts Payable/Receivable roles for a variety of local businesses. Responsibilities may include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing billing and payments, preparing spreadsheets, and assisting with audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Generate invoices and manage billing
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare spreadsheets and assist with month-end closing
• Organize and summarize data for audits
• Perform general office duties such as document preparation and data entry
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Accounting education preferred)
• Previous accounting experience (A/P, A/R, or related roles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
