Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling clerical tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining organized records while delivering professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, file, and organize documents and records
  • Perform data entry and update databases or spreadsheets
  • Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with preparing reports, letters, and presentations
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
