Assistant Slitter Operator - Rollin' in the Receipts!

We are currently seeking an Assistant Slitter Operator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our lead slitter operator to assist in the production of receipt paper rolls. You will be responsible for packing and labeling the rolls as they come off the machine, ensuring that they are properly sorted and ready for shipment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn new things. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required.

 

Pay Rate: $16-18 per hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead slitter operator in the production of receipt paper rolls
• Pack and label rolls as they come off the machine
• Sort rolls by size and weight
• Prepare rolls for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Perfect Attendance
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
