The Customer Service Representative will support clients and internal staff by processing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a structured workflow system while managing a variety of customer account and policy-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer service requests through a workflow management system
• Handle policy updates, changes, and cancellations
• Assist customers with benefit changes and account adjustments
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service by phone, email, and in person
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of service-related tasks

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, insurance, HR, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient with computers and data entry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Pay range: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience
