Patient Service Representative

Shift: M–F, 8a–5p
Pay: $15.90/hr.
Where: East side of Indianapolis

Duties

• Check-in and check-out patients
• Prepare exam rooms
• Collect Co-pays and previous balances on account
• Print and distributes schedules for the following day to appropriate employees/physicians
• Supplement office staff as reception tasks permit by assisting with various clerical tasks

Qualifications

• High level of energy with a sense of care
• Previous office experience required, medical office experience a plus
• Medical terminology
• HS graduate

• Report to one office location for first 6 months, but can transfer to another office after if preferred
• No weekend, no on-call, OT available only if a doctor needs it
