Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our client in the Hamilton area. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales, with the ability to leverage marketing strategies and technology tools to achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients and generate new leads.
• Make knowledgeable recommendation to customers based on needs and requirements
• Identify new business opportunities and customers
• Increase sales volume month over month to ensure company growth
• Ensure customer enquiries are answered promptly, providing product information, prices, product use and credit information
• Provide estimates, quotes, delivery information or terms to customers
• Remain industry savvy to provide excellent customer service
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitor pricing, and provide accurate reports to management specific to the Cabinet/Millwork industry
• Maintain detailed and accurate records such as sales forecasts, budgets, account reports, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
