Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a creative, dependable Floral Designer / Delivery Driver to join a local floral shop team. This position combines hands-on floral design with customer-focused delivery services. The ideal candidate has previous floral experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to represent the shop professionally while making deliveries.
Design and arrange fresh and silk floral arrangements for daily orders and special occasions
Assist with floral preparation, processing, and care of flowers and plants
Prepare arrangements for delivery and in-store pickup
Deliver floral arrangements to customers, businesses, and event locations in a timely and professional manner
Provide friendly, courteous customer service during deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the design and work areas
Assist with shop setup, breakdown, and general duties as needed
Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently
Safely operate company or personal delivery vehicles as required
Previous floral design experience required
Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, carry, and transport floral arrangements and supplies
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Pay starting at $10.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule varies based on shop needs, including weekdays and occasional weekends/holidays
