Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening for a Property Maintenance position now available in Sparta, TN.
This role is responsible for maintaining grounds and assisting with general property upkeep. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with outdoor maintenance equipment and basic property repairs.
Job Duties Include:
Mowing and general lawn maintenance
Weed eating and brush clearing
Bush hogging
Cutting and removing trees
Road grading and upkeep
Minor electrical duties as needed
General property maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Experience operating lawn and property maintenance equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Basic knowledge of minor electrical work
Dependable and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
