Are you looking for a career where your work has a tangible impact on people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in creating life-changing medical devices. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital innovation and hands-on craftsmanship, utilizing 3D printing technology to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

We prioritize a supportive, "people-first" culture and are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us. No prior dental or CAD experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital Workflow & 3D Printing Support

  • Utilize custom software to prepare and optimize digital files for production.

  • Operate and support SLS/SLA 3D printing systems, including job setup and organization.

  • Perform quality checks on digital files to ensure accuracy before the printing process begins.

  • Maintain organized digital production logs and documentation.

Hands-on Assembly & Quality Control

  • Perform finishing steps on 3D-printed parts to meet specific medical standards.

  • Use manual tools to verify the fit, accuracy, and quality of custom devices.

  • Manage case-specific paperwork, labeling, and packaging to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized physical workspace.

Team Collaboration

  • Work alongside a high-performing team to maintain a steady production flow.

  • Cross-train in various departments to provide flexible support where needed.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas to refine our processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliability: You are dependable and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

  • Adaptability: You are comfortable transitioning between computer-based tasks and manual laboratory work.

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and follow instructions meticulously.

  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn new skills and embrace ongoing professional development.

  • Tech-Savvy: You possess strong foundational computer skills (CAD or 3D printing experience is a plus, but not required).

  • Physical Ability: You are comfortable standing for extended periods during the production shift.

Work Schedule & Role Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).

  • Standard Hours: Monday–Thursday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Friday (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.).

  • Location: On-site / In-person.

  • Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
