Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a reputable company in Milan, IL to hire a detail‑oriented Vinyl Fabricator. This role involves cutting, welding, assembling, and preparing vinyl materials for custom projects in a manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Cut vinyl and related materials using cutting tables, scissors, and measuring tools
• Weld and seam vinyl using hot air, wedge, and RF (radio frequency) welding equipment
• Install grommets, lace vinyl liners to frames, and attach components per project specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report equipment or material issues

 

Requirements

• Ability to read measurements and follow verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail with solid problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality
