About the Role:
Our client, a reputable insurance company in Binghamton, is seeking a professional and friendly Part Time Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a business professional environment and thrives on providing excellent customer service.

 

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17–$18 per hour (DOE)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
