We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring timely shipments, and supporting smooth communication between drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Track deliveries and ensure on-time performance
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and vendors regarding schedules and updates
Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Resolve shipping or delivery issues as they arise
Enter and update data accurately in logistics systems
Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
