Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator to help with assisting the Project Manager with crew field support. This company specializes in commercial and residential lighting and HVAC. They even install EV charging stations in homes. They are a close-knit group of employees who are looking to add to their team. A pre-employment background check will be conducted for this full-time position.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process all paperwork and timesheets coming in from the field daily.
• Monitor personnel, equipment locations, and utilization to assist the Project Manager with coordinating project schedules.
• Monitoring the shipping and delivery of job-critical materials.
• Conduct daily communication with staff and customer representatives.
• Complete customer invoicing daily.
• Order project-specific materials when needed.
• Assist the Project Compliance Manager with required permitting for projects.

 

Qualities and Experience Required:

 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion
• Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor.
