Inventory Scanner

Pay: $17+/hour (DOE)
Start: Mid-January
Schedule: 1st & 2nd

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Scanner to support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory counts and system records. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy for both inbound and outbound freight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts on inbound and outbound inventory to verify quantity, quality, labeling, and condition

• Ensure physical inventory matches system records; identify, report, and help correct discrepancies

• Use RF scanners and pallet jacks to complete inventory tasks efficiently

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including lifting, moving product, pick/pack support, and equipment operation

• Communicate inventory issues clearly and work collaboratively with the warehouse team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations

• Prior experience using RF scanners and pallet jacks required

• Strong basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

• Ability to spot discrepancies and demonstrate strong attention to detail

• Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs (heavier items with assistance or equipment)

• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift

• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, and stretch to access inventory
