Position Summary

The Supplier Quality Liaison works on-site at the customer’s manufacturing facility (Subaru) and serves as a key point of contact between suppliers and Quality Engineers (QEs). This role supports day-to-day quality and manufacturing issues, helping ensure clear communication, timely resolution, and consistent quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on-site at Subaru’s facility to support supplier-related quality activities

• Partner closely with Quality Engineers (QEs) to address daily manufacturing and quality issues

• Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve concerns impacting production

• Assist with identifying, tracking, and supporting corrective actions

• Help facilitate timely issue resolution to minimize disruptions to the manufacturing process

• Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding ongoing issues

Pay & Employment Details

• $20/hour during the evaluation-to-hire period

• $28/hour upon conversion to a direct position with the company

• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week

• First shift position

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier support preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, collaborative approach when working with internal teams and external suppliers
