Line Operator

Located in Burlington, ON

Salary: $17.75-$18.98

We are looking for multiple reliable and detail-oriented Line Operators to support the efficient operation of our clients high-speed filling and packaging lines. This role ensures that production runs smoothly while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

*1 year of line operating experience is mandatory*

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust high-speed machinery and equipment
• Monitor and check product quality; make adjustments as needed
• Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and main processing areas
• Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to ensure correct processing
• Maintain accurate shift logs and production records
• Follow all Health & Safety legislation, Company Joint Health & Safety Programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Actively report and participate in all Health & Safety and Quality initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting

Assets:

• Experience in high-speed packaging environments
• Experience working on filling lines
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
