Our client, a well-established manufacturing company with facilities in both Burlington and Oakville, is looking to hire experienced Forklift Operators on a direct hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team with long-term growth potential.

Externally certified Counterbalance & Raymond Reach Forklift Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience with two references is mandatory - References will need to be sent prior to interview.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift (Counterbalance & Reach)
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Perform basic equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support shipping, receiving, and production workflow
• Complete required documentation accurately
• 50% forklift / 50% GL

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license or certification (external)
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Strong safety awareness and reliability
• Ability to work days or afternoons (set schedule, no rotating shifts)
