Job Title: Sales Consultant – Flooring & Cabinets

Compensation:

• First 3 Months: $500/week + small commission
• After 3 Months: 100% commission
• Earning Potential: $60,000–$120,000 annually (first 2–5 years)

Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Off Sundays and one weekday

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant with a proven track record of closing sales. This is an on-floor sales position where you will greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through product selection. Accuracy in quoting is critical—construction math skills are essential to ensure correct measurements and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish strong relationships to understand their needs.
• Provide accurate quotes based on measurements and construction math.
• Assist customers in selecting flooring, cabinets, and related products.
• Close sales effectively and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and pricing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven success in closing sales—must have a strong track record.
• Ability to perform construction math for accurate quotes.
• Experience in flooring or cabinetry sales is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
