Job Title: AP Clerk (Temporary)

Pay: $18 - $20 an hour, DOE

Location: Orange Beach, AL 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our Finance and Accounting team on a short-term basis. This role is critical for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support the Finance team with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous AP or accounting experience required.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Traild and Acumatica is a plus, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
