Our Client is an Electrical Supply Store in Mayfield Heights.  They are looking for a Pick & Pack Department Supervisor.

• Pay is $21-$25/hr DOE
• First Shift 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Manage the Picking Process to ensure pickers process all orders in a timely and proper manner
• Manage the Quality Control and Packing processes to ensure accuracy and appropriate packaging for our customers and drivers. Ensure all customer special requests are adhered to
• Be a resource to the Closing Warehouse Supervisor including overall responsibility to ensure that all necessary functions are completed prior to closing the warehouse operations nightly. Responsible for the building operations and closing including securing the facility prior to departure.
• Actively Interface with Logistics and participate in the nightly routing of trucks leveraging experience and order characteristics to ensure all trucks are routed and loaded in the most efficient manner.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum 5 years of progressive responsibilities in warehouse operations, logistics or combination of relevant education and work experience
•  Aptitude for all aspects of warehouse operations.
