Our client in Marion is looking for a Wire Assembler!

This position supports a manufacturing team responsible for assembling high-quality wiring harnesses for John Deere equipment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate assembly, strict quality standards, and reliable production output. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable reading blueprints while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble electrical wiring harnesses according to detailed blueprints and work instructions.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and production documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify correct wiring, connections, and overall workmanship.
• Identify defects or errors and report issues to supervisors to maintain quality standards.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality requirements, and production procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous wire assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Perfect attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Valid driver’s license required

 

Hours: 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday
Pay: $17.00/hour
