Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for our Randolph, NY client. Our client is looking for someone part-time in Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
  • Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities and report any major concerns to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license 

 

Hours will be part-time and flexible 25 hours a week. Pay is based on experience between $22-$25/hr.
