Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Production Worker to join our team in Shreveport. This role involves assembling wood pieces into frames, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting daily production needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood pieces into frames according to specifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately

• Inspect finished frames for defects and ensure quality standards are met

• Follow production orders and meet daily output goals

• Assist with material handling and staging wood components for assembly

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow company safety policies and wear required PPE

• Support team members and supervisors with additional production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous assembly, carpentry, or production experience preferred but not required (training provided)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to read and follow basic instructions or work orders

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
