We’re hiring a dependable and hardworking Floor Technician to join our commercial cleaning and restoration team. This physically demanding role involves operating specialized floor equipment, working with cleaning chemicals, and restoring surfaces in a variety of environments. If you’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic and flexible availability, we want to hear from you.

• Clean, scrub, mop, and scrape surfaces using professional-grade equipment

• Apply grout shield, tile shield, and other protective coatings

• Strip, wax, polish, and restore floors, walls, and ceilings

• Operate floor cleaning machines and handle chemical cleaning agents safely

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas

• Perform physically intensive tasks including standing, kneeling, and lifting

• Work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and 10–12 hour days

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

• Experience with floor cleaning equipment and restoration techniques preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude

• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Floor care and surface restoration
