Express Employment Professionals is hiring Welder Helpers for a trusted client in Mt. Pleasant, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the welding trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a solid company. Occasional travel is required — and yes, expenses are covered.
Assist welders with structural welding projects
Prep materials, tools, and work areas
Grind, clean, and move steel components
Follow safety procedures and job-site guidelines
Support fabrication and general shop duties
Travel to job sites as needed (not frequent)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic hand tool knowledge preferred (not required)
Ability to lift, stand, and work in an industrial environment
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Open to occasional travel
Client-provided boarding
$40 per diem per day while traveling
Travel is occasional, not constant
Entry-level opportunity with room to grow
Weekly pay
Hands-on experience in the welding trade
