Accounts Receivable Accountant (QuickBooks)

Located in Longmont, CO

Salary: $28–$32/hour (DOE)

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage accounts receivable, support month-end close, and ensure accurate general ledger activity. This role is ideal for candidates with deeper accounting experience and strong QuickBooks expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and complex cash application
• Prepare and post journal entries related to AR activity
• Reconcile accounts receivable and support bank reconciliations
• Generate AR aging, financial, and internal accounting reports
• Research discrepancies and support collections and write-offs
• Support month-end close and general ledger accuracy
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on process improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Accountant or accounting experience
• Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
• Solid understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
