The Warehouse Associate – Shipping is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, packing, shipping, and inventorying products to support daily business operations. This role ensures customer shipping requirements and internal processes are followed while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Verify shipping details including labels, addresses, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and properly record receipts of shipments and finished goods.

Prepare and ship non-stock and stock orders, carefully verifying product identification and quantities.

Pull, stage, and package materials accurately for shipment.

Notify internal sales or customer service teams when parts are not available in inventory.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment to move and organize materials.

Coordinate with carriers and schedule outbound pickups as needed.

Inspect packaging materials to ensure shipments are secure and undamaged.

Track and document outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems.

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety policies.

Perform daily warehouse activities while adhering to operational and safety standards.

Support internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Implement corrective actions when issues or deficiencies arise.

Organize storage areas, maintain floor space, and recommend improvements to storage layout.

Conduct periodic physical inventory counts.
