Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Located in Duarte, CA

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable/accounts Payable for a growing renovation company that partners with apartment communities and property management companies. Company is located in the City of Duarte.

Compensation: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from property managers, technicians, and vendors
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently
• Coordinate and track material needs; assist with ordering and delivery coordination
• Collect, review, and organize technician work orders
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment processing
• Prepare estimates, purchase orders, and expense tracking
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
• Support month-end reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain accurate records and support office filing and data entry
• Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Comfortable handling heavy phone communication and frequent follow-ups
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prior administrative, office support, or accounting experience preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) is a plus
