Key Responsibilities:

• Record, issue, process, and index deeds, mortgages, surveys, tax liens notices of action, attachments, judgements, executions, and other miscellaneous documents.
• Issue certificates related to vital statistics.
• Process applications and file records.
• Maintain updated files.
• Complete all forms.
• Answer queries by searching and retrieving files.
• Update file information.
• Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Perform data entry.
• Check to ensure files are complete.
• Aid people in retrieving information.
• Process and scan files to be entered into computer in digital database.
• Store and extract file information from computers.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong organizational, clerical, and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers, databases, scanners, and other office equipment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good communication skills
