Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable professional who can step in immediately and support payroll and accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for hourly and salaried employees

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and tax reporting

• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, posting payments, and account follow-up

• Reconcile payroll and accounting reports

• Respond to payroll and billing inquiries from employees and vendors

• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Proficiency with payroll and accounting software-SAGE

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Must be able to start immediately
