Salary: $22 - 24/hr

Overview:

 

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team!!

 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions
• Assist customers in selecting products, offering technical guidance and solutions
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Collaborate with the warehouse and outside sales team to ensure timely delivery and service
• Stay informed about product lines, industry trends, and vendor offerings
• Support counter sales and other branch operations as needed

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution (plumbing/HVAC/industrial experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Comfort with computer systems, order entry, and basic Microsoft Office tools
• A team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn

 

Pay $22 - 24 /hr

 

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
