Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, is proficient in forklift operation, and demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and accountability. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and a safe, organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations

• Oversee inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy

• Complete, review, and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other warehouse documentation

• Ensure proper receiving, storing, and shipping of products

• Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows during both high-volume and slower periods

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Communicate clearly and effectively with warehouse staff and management

• Take initiative and make informed decisions to support operational needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Forklift certification required

  • Candidates without current forklift certification must have a minimum of 5 years of forklift operating experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience (or 5 years if not forklift certified)

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management

• Experience with inventory counts and shipping/receiving documentation (BOLs)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain productive during slower periods

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds

• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $19 per hour

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Fast-paced warehouse setting

• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

• Regular use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts
