First Shift Press Operator

Salary: $17/hr.

We are looking for great Press Operators to join their growing team. They have recently purchased other companies in the area and have an influx of jobs to produce. Candidates should come with experience operating line die and automatic press machines. Most of their presses are progressive and require expert eyes to make sure each part produced is always to spec. Being able to spot inconsistencies and knowing what to do is very important as they have quotas to be met. Coming from a team work environment will prove beneficial as they are a tight group who rely on each other doing what needs to be done. You should not be afraid of taking on any task as everyone is in it together. Longevity in past positions is needed to land this position.

Location: Detroit, MI area

Position type: Evaluation hire, long term, permanent

Pay: $17.00/hour 

Shift: (7:00a - 3:30pm)- Monday - Friday 

Qualifications: An ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 year's experience operating a press machine
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time and bend regularly
• Ability to report to work on time and ready to work
