Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday

• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 3-day weekends every week

• This is a training-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys detailed handwork, precision tasks, and learning a specialized trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed hand assembly work including soldering, torch work, grinding, and setting small pins with precision

• Grind and finish metal parts to exact specifications while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Prior experience with fine hand assembly, small tools, precision work, crafting, or detailed production environments is strongly preferred, even if soldering is new

Physical & Skill Requirements (Important):

• Strong attention to detail and good vision for precision work

• Comfortable standing, bending, torching, and performing fine hand movements throughout the shift

• Occasional lifting; must be adaptable, personable, and able to take feedback (thick skin required)

• This role is well-suited for individuals with hobbies like crafting, crocheting, art, or other detailed handwork
