Salary: $17-$21
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (some Saturdays and rotating on-call evenings/weekends)
Pay Range: $17–$21 per hour, depending on experience and fit
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single property. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling leasing, resident relations, and property marketing.
Manage day-to-day operations of the property
Oversee leasing activities and resident relations
Conduct outside marketing as required to maintain occupancy levels
Run property-related errands as needed
Respond to on-call needs on a rotating schedule (evenings/weekends)
Work occasional Saturdays if occupancy falls below the allowable level
Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards
Experience with property management software preferred
Yardi experience is a plus but not required
Property management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed for property errands and outside marketing)
Hourly pay ranging from $17–$21, based on experience and fit
Mileage reimbursement for property-related errands and marketing
