Job Title: Porter / Maintenance
Pay: $16–$17 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Maintenance Worker to support the cleanliness, upkeep, and general maintenance of church building(s) and surrounding grounds. This role is ideal for an entry-level, mechanically inclined individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of all interior spaces, including halls, offices, restrooms, and common areas

• Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal

• Assist with basic maintenance tasks (light repairs, changing bulbs, minor fixes)

• Set up and break down rooms for services, events, and meetings as needed

• Monitor building and grounds for maintenance or safety issues and report concerns promptly

• Maintain outdoor areas, including light landscaping, debris removal, and general grounds upkeep

• Ensure supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained

Requirements:

• Valid state ID or Driver’s License (DL) required
