Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, long-term Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service professional to join our team. This is a remote position but MUST LIVE IN PHOENIX AZ, full- time or  part-time position perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is looking for a stable, permanent role.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to grow with us—not someone looking for a temporary filler.

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Shift: Second Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

• Days: Flexible weekday schedule, but Saturday and Sunday are required.

• Holidays: Holiday coverage is required (paid at Time and a Half).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $16.00/hr.

• Pay Structure: Tiered pay ranges with $0.50 increases based on performance levels.

• Incentive Plan: After 90 days, you are eligible for a performance bonus based on message volume ($0.04 per message). Top performers often add an extra $1.00/hr to their base pay through this incentive.

• Equipment: Hardware/computer equipment provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 9–10 inbound interactions per hour via phone and email.

• Manage multiple unique accounts, each with specific protocols for data entry and doctor/provider communications.

• Provide high-quality, professional bilingual support for various client needs.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level English and Spanish.

• Home Office: Must have high-speed, reliable internet (Hardware is provided).

• Commitment: Looking for candidates seeking a long-term assignment.

• Reliability: Proven track record of attendance, especially for weekend and evening shifts.
